Well it’s been awhile since I have had time to put pen to paper, so to speak. We have been extremely busy with various projects, and the development of new ideas. The year ahead looks to be exciting. We hope to have 2 new sidecar body’s ready for production by August, September 08. The first is being trialled at the moment and initial feedback has been positive.
This Body will be called the Griffin.
A single seat and 1 1/2 seat touring style body, good boot space and aerodynamic guard to suit our 15” wheel. Options for the body will be confirmed once we get into production.
Just to set the record straight, I have visited Rob Wilson from Premier Sidecars, and we have had discussions about SRK purchasing Premier. This hasn’t happened at this stage, but we are keeping our options open.
If you have been watching the web site you will have noticed that we have released our new rear wheel design which is working well.
With the completion of Jim Kesby’s off Road sidecar, and Stuart and Heather Shilton Kawasaki, we have been able to update our Leading Link which allows us more clearance in the front end, and more options with tyres.
Things have settled down a little, so we hope to get the online shop back on track. This should happen at the start of July.
